White Chicken Chili

White chicken chili has a wonderful, warming flavor with the perfect amount of spice, white beans and corn. An easy, quick fix on a cold winter day or spend a little time customizing to make it your own special comfort meal.
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups White Chicken Chili Soup Starter
- 2-15.5 oz cans Navy beans, drained
- 1 cup whole milk
- Avocado
- Cilantro
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
- corn tortilla chips
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine Soup Starter mix and water, and stir. Carefully bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Bring back to a low simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add milk and blend until smooth. Then stir in shredded chicken and navy beans. Simmer on low for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid scorching the bottom.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, cilantro and avocado, and serve with tortilla chips! Simple and Delicious!
