Sour Cream & Onion Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 1/3 cups water
• 2 Tbs butter
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 1/3 cups mix

Instructions

1. Add 1 1/3 cups water and 2 Tbsp butter to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Remove from heat and stir in 1/3 cup of milk and 1 1/3 cups mix. Whisk briskly for about 1 minute, until texture is smooth and silky. Serve. Makes 4 servings.
