Thai Chicken Wings

Oven-baked crispy chicken wings with a satisfying sticky honey BBQ sauce. This Thai BBQ chicken wings recipe is loaded with sweet and tangy sauce, and Thai flavors.
Ingredients
- 4 lbs chicken wings, drummettes and flats
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/3 cup Thai red chili pepper paste
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cilantro
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon The Market Cupboard Rotisserie Chicken Shaker 8/9oz
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix all of the marinade ingredients.
- Place chicken wings in a large zip lock, add marinade sauce. Make sure all chicken pieces are covered with marinade. Marinate in the fridge for at least 8 hours or up to overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Remove the chicken wings from the marinade. Spread chicken wings on a prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Cook for about 30 minutes or until the internal temperature registers at 165°F, turning the chicken halfway through. Cook until the outsides are crispy. Watch carefully so the wings don't burn.
