Sun Dried Tomato Meatloaf

This meatloaf is bursting with flavor. Basil and sundried tomatoes take this comfort food to a whole new level of delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 carrot, slivered
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp. garlic
- 1/3 cup Sun Dried Tomato & Basil Dip Mix (SKU 278110)
- 3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a sauté pan, Cook onions and carrots in oil over medium-high heat until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients by hand. Transfer mixture to a greased loaf pan.
- Bake 30 -40 minutes or until center is no longer pink. Allow cooked meatloaf to sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
