Cinnamon Roll Baked Oatmeal

Sweet and delicious, this Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal Bake makes perfect breakfast. It's loaded with amazing cinnamon roll flavor.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups Natural Cinnamon Pecan Sticky Bun Oatmeal (SKU 576010)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • For Glaze:
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1-2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium size mixing bowl add Natural Cinnamon Pecan Sticky Bun Oatmeal, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and baking powder. Mix ingredients to combine.
  3. In a small mixing bowl whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and butter.
  4. Pour the cinnamon roll mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
  5. Prepare the glaze while oatmeal is baking. In a small mixing bowl combine vanilla, milk, and powdered sugar and whisk to combine ingredients.
  6. Once oatmeal has been removed from the oven, allow to cool for 5 minutes before drizzling glaze over top of the baked oatmeal. Serve warm and enjoy!
