Swiss Mocha French Toast

Swiss Mocha French Toast is a delicious new spin on this well-loved breakfast classic. Topped with coffee cream, it will be your new favorite!

Ingredients
- FRENCH TOAST:
- 8 thick slices of bread
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 4 Tbsp Swiss Mocha Cappuccino
- COFFEE CREAM:
- ½ cup whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp confectioner's sugar
- ½ tsp instant coffee (dry powder)
- Additional Swiss Mocha Cappuccino for dusting, optional
Instructions
- French Toast: In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the Swiss Mocha Cappuccino mix, eggs, and milk until thoroughly combined.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow 9"x13" dish. Add bread slices to the egg wash and soak for 5 minutes, then flip and soak for an additional 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make your coffee cream.
- Coffee Cream: Combine cream, coffee and sugar in a medium sized bowl. Beat on medium-high speed until cream begins to thicken. Continue beating to make a whipped cream or leave as a thinner cream to suit your taste.
- To make French Toast: Preheat a large nonstick pan, skillet or griddle prepared with a light coating of butter. When hot, cook the French toast in batches until browned on both sides and cooked through.
- To serve, drizzle French toast slices with coffee cream and dust with additional Swiss Mocha Cappuccino powder if desired.
- Optional: Top with a scoop of ice cream before dusting with additional Swiss Mocha Cappuccino.
