Featuring Bulk Foods, Inc., Mini Kiddiesnax™ Snack Mix. These marshmallow pretzel treats are a perfect sweet-and-salty treat, packed with lots of yummy ingredients including mini animal crackers, micro mini pretzels, chocolate peanut butter gems, and milk chocolate covered cookie dough bites! A great flavor combination that will appeal to the young – and the young at heart.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups Mini Kiddiesnax™ Snack Mix
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 5oz mini marshmallows (1/2 bag)
  • 1/4 cup mini candy-coated chocolate pieces
Instructions
  1. Grease an 8”x8” square baking pan and set aside.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, microwave butter and marshmallows for 2 minutes, or until marshmallows are fluffy and doubled in size.
  3. Remove from microwave and stir until butter is completely melted.
  4. Pour in Mini Kiddiesnax™ Snack Mix, and stir well to coat.
  5. Spoon into prepared pan and press with greased fingers.
  6. Top with mini candy-coated chocolate pieces.
  7. Let stand for at least 30 minutes, then cut into bars.
