
Use this Freezer Jam Fruit Pectin and a handful of other ingredients to make delicious jam that will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or in the freezer for up to one year! Combine one packet of pectin with four cups of crushed fruit and 1 ½ cups of sugar to make 5 ½ pints of fresh jam.
4 cups crushed fruit (fresh or frozen)
if using frozen fruit, allow fruit to thaw in
refrigerator before crushing.
1 1/2 cups sugar - or - Splenda - No Calorie
Sweetener (Granular)
1 Packet Mrs Wages Freezer Jam Fruit Pectin

COMBINE sugar or sweetener and Mrs Wages
Freezer Jam Pectin in a bowl. Blend well.

STIR in crushed fruit. Stir for three minutes

LADLE into clean jars. Twist on lids and let
stand for 30 minutes to thicken. Refrigerate
up to three weeks, freeze up to one year.
