"recipe": "Natural - NO MSG - No Nitrite added \r<br />For each 10 lbs of Meat (beef, venison, elk, bear, etc.) \r<br />Use: .62 lbs or 10 ounces of Original Jerky Seasoning \r<br />(.0125 lbs or 1/5 ounce Modern Cure may be added, if desired) \r<br />\r<br />Cut meat into strips about 1/8\" - 1/4\" thick. \r<br />Rub Seasoning thoroughly into the meat.
