"recipe": "Original recipe:<br />Cream of Broccoli Soup<br /><br />¾ cup Soup Starter mix<br />2½ cups water (or for a richer soup, use<br />1½ cups of water and 1 cup whole milk)<br /><br />In a medium saucepan, stir soup starter<br />mix into water. Over low heat, bring to a<br />simmer with frequent stirring. Simmer on<br />low for 10 minutes, stirring often.<br />Remove from heat, cover and let stand<br />for 5 minutes before serving.<br /><br />Makes 3 – 8oz servings.<br /><br />Options: Sprinkle with extra cheddar<br />cheese. Add fresh broccoli florets. diced<br />chicken or turkey.
