Garden Vegetable Soup Starter features a medley of vegetables including, potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, tomatoes, spinach, sweet corn, green beans and red and green bell peppers in a tomato herb broth. Add cubed or ground meat and additional chopped veggies to make a hearty stew, or take it south of the border by adding corn, green chilis, chicken, cilantro, Monterey Jack, topping with avocado and crushed tortilla chips.
